On the other hand, I'd certainly buy good miniatures *from* a game that
sucked. ^_^

Hmm, I wouldn't really call the Gears dirt cheap, and I don't think they
suck, either... they're *very* nicely detailed (loads better than
Battletech), I don't see why the scale sucks for game play, especially
as you can buy packs of HO-scale infantry if you really want to have
large scale battles, and why are they too big? While I don't have my
Gears here at the moment, I recall measuring 'em and they fit just fine
with the scale and the sizes in the rulebook....

Besides, if I ever buy Stargrunt they'll make nice combat walkers, or
something....
