Tyler and John,

I believe people were only cut if they did not respond to the first
request for more information. It sounds to me like there was a
miscommunication rather than a 'cut'. John, try contacting John E. at
johneb_at_... before jumping to any conclusions. I know he reads
this list, but we all miss posts from time to time.
