[Epic] Chapter and Detachment Names

The Lamenters are a Space Marine Chapter from the Ultima Segmentum (near the
Ultramarines). They were in the front line with the Scythes of the Emperor
when the Hive Fleets attacked this Galaxy. If I'm not mistaken they were on
a Hive World fighting desperately to allow the civilian time to escape.

There are more details in the Tyranid Codex for 40K and possibly the old
Hive War supplement for SM/TL.
