Notes: If the original HQ is eliminated the next unit below on the chain of
command becomes the new HQ.

Special ability:
Valhallan 99% of all life on Valhalla was destroyed by a comet, turning the
planet into a bleak and frozen world. The survivors began to live
                underground in vast cities inside the ice, beneath glaciers and upon the
frozen oceans. What little life was left was carefully
                cultivated by the Valhallans. Just as the threat of starvation was
receding, along came thousands of Orks, hell-bent on conquering
                Valhalla in the names of Gork and Mork. After many brutal days fighting,
the Valhallans were victorious. When fighting Orks, a Valhallan
                detachment can re-roll any leadership and blast marker removal dice.
