The rule is 15cm in cover of woods, then you are counted as being "in cover"
Now, a hedge or bunch of woods blocks LOS, which gives more protection then
being "in cover" except against artillery, which is why they have the rules.
Now, you can have house rules, but there is no way to easily define woods
and soft cover with artillery shots in mind.
