I'm English and proud of it but I dont have a racist bone in my body! I'm
in the Royal Navy and have worked closely with French, German, Dutch,
Italian, etc ,etc, Naval people and have gotten along with them fine!

Its been my experience that the closer to the English Channel you get, the
more anti-french behaviour appears. I'm from the North East of England and
we dont care where you are from as long as you can drink like a fish and
are capable of buying the next round of drinks!!

As for assigning the blame for Diana's death, I personally blame the person
who let the driver have a few drinks and then ordered the driver to travel
at 120mph through a tunnel!!

AFAIR, the photographers at the scene of the crash were not French, cant
remember where they are from but I think one was a Greek. So, unless
France has widened its international borders, please leave the French
alone.

Just in case you think I'm totally in love with all things French, I do
hate the French lorry drivers who screwed up my four-day pass to Paris by
blocking the motorways and making me late by 24 hours back to my ship!! If
only I was allowed to take my explosive charges with me on leave, I'd soon
shift them goddam lorries!!
