There are two or three suggestions on the net. One comes from
the Citadel Journal, which divides them into Knights (the smaller
ones, like Paladins and Lancers and Errants) and Castellans
(Castellans and Crusaders). Knights are FP 2, Assault 4,
Castellans are FP 4, Assault 3.

There is also a list generated and discussed on the mailing list.
I'm sure it exists on some site or other, but don't know where.
That one has different stats for each type of Knight.
You also asked about barrages. After the recent clarifications,
it seems clear to me that I can't follow the official rules. They're
broken, in my opinion. I am most likely to do the following:
A barrage template is placed for each barrage (not one for all firing
in a detachment), and they may not overlap until the detachment is
covered. Figure FP in with regular FP for determining blast markers,
but do FP for barrage markers separately when determining hits,
and take hit units from under the barrages.
I just can't get past how 4 whirlwinds (or worse, artillery with
heavy barrages, 2FP per unit under template) could place a single
blast marker and each get that FP for attacking the whole detachment,
especially when that detachment may have been excellently placed
with units well spread except for one tight area in cover, where
it would be reasonable to have more units congested. The barrage
templates are supposed to give a density measurement for the
detachment, but if you determine the average density for a whole
detachment with one barrage template, it is a really bad measurement.
I think the smallest change from official rules that I could stand
would be to have each firing barrage place a template, and they
can't overlap unless the detachment is already covered with templates.
That still has units in front getting shot, but at least, with
larger numbers of templates, you are getting a better measure of
unit density.
