        Rapid Fire is an obvious choice. Use it well and use it often...

        It is better to concentrate your fire to guarantee (at least as much as
you can) that you will break what you are shooting at, or at least put as
many BMs as possible; if they can't move they can't hit you...

        Put WEs on Overwatch is the Eldar are using Engines of Vaul...

        Use Preparatory Bombardments on cavalry-type fast attack detachments
(Unfortuneately, most Eldar are fast attack units...)
