It really depends on the scenario, sometimes fliers are pathetic, whilst
other times they rock. Also depends on who you are playing with and
against, fliers are deadly against a pure marine force, whereas they are
bad against tyranids who can swarm them with gargoyles.
You just have play around with it. As for titans, they are not always
that good. I would rather have marines than a titan, they have a much
better survivability and power, but Titans are good for drawing fire away
from vital units.
