Yes. So can Greater Daemons, for that matter (although

You could also stick them in a plague tower.
People might have a problem with the idea of sticking
daemons in marine or cultist transports since it was explicitly
not allowed in 2nd edition, but times have changed.
For one thing, access to Rhinos and Chimeras is limited,
Chimeras especially. Cultist detachments can never get more than 6
Chimeras, and taking that many leaves you with at least 5 cultist/
beastmen squads that need to have transports themselves if they're
not going to slow down the detachment. Using the rhinos from a
marine detachment is more effective, but still not wonderful.
For another thing, the lesser daemons have become much
faster, so they don't need transports as much as they used to.
Although I guess in E40k you'd want to protect them from firefights
until they get within striking distance - but in that case, putting
them in Rhinos isn't going to help you any.

The non-bipedal daemons have the 'calvary' ability,
effectively making them vehicles, so they couldn't be transported
anyway.
