The reasoning behind this is in the older epic it was stated that a Land
Raider only carried 1 stand of terminators not 2. an the one's that are
complaining are those of us that have been playing this game from the
begining. It's the idea of putting all your eggs in 1 basket that bothers
most i believe. So was not a orginally something that they decided on just
something that seemed to have made since a Terminator took up so much room
over that of a marine in power armor.
