[Epic] Flying psykers

Think about this : A Vampire flyer contains 4 Eldar units
(Guardians/Aspects/Wraithguards/whatever) each with a Warlock. When the
Vampire makes its move on the table to drop these troops, and 4 Orkish
interceptors appear. Suppose the Eldar player has 4 Psychic Blast cards
and think of the possiblities :

- The 4 interceptors can be blasted out of the sky by the passengers of the
transport... If you need to have a psyker within 30 cm to counter the
psychic blasts, how high do the planes fly ? Can they counter the blasts
of the passengers of a flying transport ?

- As a psychic blast has a range of 30 cm, and the plane flies in a
straight line over the battlefield, an area of 60cm wide is covered. That
will result in a lot of targets !

This, of course, is only possible if psykers can use their abilities while
in a transport. (If they can do it in a Falcon/Rhino/other vehicle, why
not in a flyer ?)
