To bad the rules are explicit about that. A 201 point unit is 5 moral.
Their example is a 120 point = 3 moral. (Battle book Page 10) Note that
the normal math would be 120 = 2.4 moral, which would be 2 in your
rules. There is ALWAYS a 1 point kick point. Using your rules the
magic effect would kick in at 125 = 2 (assuming round down) vs 126 = 3.
If you round up the effect is at 124 = 2 125 = 3. Either way you spend
1 point, and get 1 moral. All you have done is moved it from the "50"
mark to the "25" mark. This, IMNHO, is silly. You still have the
problem you are trying to avoid, and you have an army list that is
different than the rest of the world.
