Yeah, pretty sad, huh? The thing is, from what we've heard so
far, Epic 40k ISN'T going to be like 40k at all.

Is this a joke? I had heard similar things about the lesser
daemons for Chaos, and I can't believe someone thought this was a
good thing. Who's going to like this change? Blech.
I kinda wonder what this will mean for the plastics. If all
aspects are pretty much the same, will they still have scorp, banshee,
hawk models or will there be some 'generic aspect' model instead? (ala
the exarchs, I guess) I suppose this is how they're going to fit
full detachments into the boxes.

Well, that's your problem, really. Your old minis are still
compatible, and I certainly don't _need_ the new ones.
