Not true. Not all "grav vehicles" are skimmers. The "Anti Grav Laser
Cannon" and even the imperial Tarantula are a couple of grav platform that
aren't skimmers. In the fluff, "skimmers" have "exceptionally powerful"
gravitic engines - presumably gravitic engines of ordinary power allow
movement as "jump trops".
