[Epic] Net Epic's initiative & movement/firing phases

    How about rolling for initiative, then, whoever wins can choose who
moves first or
    second. Then, roll again to see who has the iniative to see who fires first.
    Whoever fires first, fires the WHOLE army.(no need for order counters)
    Whatever the other person has left, can fire back (provided it makes the
save)
    And the titan class vehicles would fire last AFTER everthing else has.
Simple enough?
