[Epic] AA Snap Fire Weapons

1. Hydras cannot fire at ground targets. Can they shoot at Deathstrike
Missiles cruising at low altitude (providing that they have LOS, of
course)? Does the 25cm rule regarding such missiles apply to AA weapons?
2. How about Ork Doomdiver Magna Cannons?
