When a detachment is broken, it may make an immediate retreat move of up
to 20cm. It can choose not to move at all, but anything within 15cm of
enemy units after the retreat move dies. If the entire detachment is
wiped out with blast markers, don't forget to also subtract the blast
markers from morale.
