[Epic] Cheaty-measuring-boots

     To the playe who has problems with an opponent mesuring between troops
     with a barrage template, 'accidentally' measuring opponents snap-fire,
     etc.:
     
     Remind them that as soon as you take your hand off the figure, that's
     it - it can't move any more this phase. If they're measuring before
     moving to the point then let them in on the 'no measuring' rule - that
     is: you're only allowed to measure the moving unit.
     
     If they disagree with the first, then it's in the rules. The second?
     I'm probably making that up, but they don't need to know that :)
