Firstly, the guy probably has no idea what probs he's caused. Users
Manuals for Internet are still pretty poor, and rare.
Secondly, the proposed course of action is entirely appropriate: removal
from the list, with a message as to why, and a polite note inviting him
to subscribe again (and how to avoid doing the same thing in future).
