Do you have any old Fire Dragons lying around from the old boxed sets?
If so, just follow these simple instructions.

1) Beg / Borrow / Steal 4 Fire Dragons, 3 Swooping Hawks, 1 Warlock or
Farseer and two Exarches.

2) CAREFULLY cut the wings off one exarch, leaving his gun and head
intact.

3) Glue the wings to the Farseer / Warlock.

4) Glue the Fire Dragons into a stand with the dismembered Exarch, and
the Swooping Hawks into a stand with the intact Exarch and Winged
Psyker.

5) Et voila.
