Actually, I believe that the max is 42 LR

 Captain + LR
Librarian + LR
30 LR
for 32 then
10 Terminators + 10 LR

for a total of 42 LR + 10 Termies, Captian and Librarian all for 1720
points.

(As a side note I am planning to field 2 det. of 30 LR in my next 2500
point battle. :-) )
