[Epic] Imperial Flak thingy.

Could some one who has seen WD 215 please post the stats for the
Imperial Support Weapon (Flak version).

I will be doing the "final" upgrade of the Imperial stats for E41K later
this week and I would like to insure that the "Epee" has the right
stats.

I will also be finishing the Titan and other War Engines at the same
time.


Next up is Eldar.
