Main topic
I ordered from Shawn's Trading Post (rpgspot.com) two weeks ago. First time
I ever ordered over the net. I was alittle hesitant using credit card info
and such but decided to give it a try. I ordered a Thunderhawk Gunship, one
blister of Leman Russ battle tanks and one blister of Imperial Basilisk
Assault guns. Total price with shipping was $24.27. I thought it was a good
deal. Anyway my shipment arrived at my house via US Mail and I hurriedly
opened it. They sent me a Vindicator Blister instead of the Thunderhawk. I
called them up and told them of their error and asked what could be done. I
was told since it was their mistake they would correct the order and send
it out the next day. I asked about the Vindicators and they said to keep
them. When my Thunderhawk arrived they also included some of their
literature and the new 1998 Citadel catalog. I must say that I was
impressed with my first time buying over the net and plan on doing business
with this company some more.
Just wanted ya'll to know. It seems that everybody is very fast to
complain but rarely takes the time to compliment. If you do check out the
sight, make sure you look at the liquidation section. My Thunderhawk was
only $9.09.
