[Epic] epic40k question???

ok this one may be obvious to all but me but id like a consenses
             the new ork wartraks and scorchers for epic40k
     do they take the stats of a warbuggy?? or are they expensive
warbike mins? if the clearification has been printed in a wd
please referance me to that issue
