[Epic] Epic T-Hawks

Why must the thunderhawks, on transport orders, land to deposit troops if the
only troops they carry are jump pack squads? Why can't t-hawks slow down
enough, and lower the altitude, to allow the troops to just jump ( a la
paratroopers)? Instead of 50 % firepower, maybe 75%.
