[Epic] Net Epic: Drop pods & snap fire, shooting at titan shields.

1. Can drop pods can be snap fired? If yes, by AA only or by any unit with
FF?

2. Wo can knock shields down?
    I say one must have at least -1 TSM to do this. Ordinary infantry
weapons should not be effective enough to knock a shield that can hold
against a vulcano cannon salvo.
