Optional only. There is one player that I play with, that our
governments have signed an agreement not to use vortex missiles at
all. When the battle is Imperial and Space Marine vs. Imperial and
Space Marine, the Death Strike/Vortex is quite redundant in the
battle; and might as well not even be employed. Although, it is quite
necessary to pull it out to nuke up some bugs 'n deamons.

. . . has anybody accepted as law the quasi-rulings in WD 215
concerning
Vortex Missiles and Bunker Objectives? There are three "rulings"
mentioned, and only 1 of them is specifically listed as "Suggested."
 I
shall quote:

--------------------------
FINAL THOUGHTS. . .
Bunker Objectives
-D6 morale value when destroyed insead of -5

Vortex Missiles . . . *We hate 'em!*
0-1 Deathstrike per detachment or treat as D6 Anti-Tank shots instead
of
Death Ray shots

Suggested points limits

10-25% flyers

25-50% on War Engines
------------------------------
As written, sounds to me like the Bunker and Vortex Missile rulings
are
official...at least, more official than GW's standard method of
replying...

Thoughts?
