Well, it would prevent someone from using the TK chaos card to move a 500
pt. colossus into woods for starters. Mostly it would affect pinning rules,
and would hardly be unbalancing in that respect.

You are correct. Leviathan chassis vehicles are supposed to be even BIGGER
than the models are portrayed. The description definitely makes them
comparable to titans.
