Dude, where and when were you in? I was in the 5/3 ADA attached to 8th ID
(Infantry Division) out of Mainz Germany 1988-1991. Yes, this time did
include Desert Shield / Storm! My ADA unit was pretty wild when the big
boys came around. I once had to move trash from one dumpster to another
because they wanted the one to be empty. Go figure. :)

sorts of problems, never mind the Group commander (at that time the
"Group" was the Air Defense unit that was made up of more than one
