You can't prevent cheesy configurations even in Epic 40k. Someone spoke
about a 2000 points Land Raiders army (or something like that) and some
people think that Land Raiders are cheesy.
Save this land raider case, I don't see any other cheesy configuration
(of course I may have a lack of imagination about this subject :o).
