Sorry, you were correct to be a putz that time.

Chris,

Let's just leave it as a special ability of war engines. They've got the
mass and targeting systems to take what lesser vehicles can't. It also
makes artillery, LR's, and other special vehicles too powerful; war
engines deserve the ability, as they're especially vulneable.
