Add another psyker!

Farseer and Vypers are very expensive. I prefere to field 3 dets of 10
Jetbikes (2 psykers per det) rather than 2 dets like yours.

I only use 2 warlocks in such dets. Add 5 Wave Serpents.

Every singel Aspect Warrior I field includes an Exarch (even Dark
Reapers).

Last year we had about 50 mails on this topic. By the letters of the rules
they can.
