[Epic] Stupid transport question (continued)

Maybe the question should be asked to Jervis, 'cause it's worded quite
ambigiously in the rules...

p.15 : "It costs a Transport unit 5cm of its movement to pick up or set down
_a_ passenger unit or cargo."

It may be nitpicking, but it does not say "...set down _its_ passenger
units...", so I interpreted the rule in the way that a Rhino has to lose
10cm to set down its complete cargo of 2 passenger units (it takes twice the
time to unload two units).

p.38 : "Mounting or dismounting a Transport unit costs 5cm to both the
Transport unit and the infantry unit(s) movement a turn". Once again, it is
not quite clear whether the Transporter loses 5cm per Transportee
dismounting.

I do believe that when a unit cannot move, the units can still dismount, so
the Leviathan can drop off all its 6 units in one phase (but it doesn't move
at all).

So here is the question :
Does a Rhino which drops off its 2 passenger units lose of its movement:
a) 5 cm (because someone dismounts)
b) 10 cm (because 2 units dismount)

I always played according to b).
