Perchance you are talking about the Wave Serpent & Scorpion/Harlequin
combinations?

Yeah, this was nasty, a possible one turn victory, but against anyone who
had a clue about the game, it could end in a big disaster.

I tried them briefly, but I never really cottoned on to their effectiveness
quick enough - Doh!

As for Chaos, ever try fighting against those optional Chaos Titan rules
that appeared in the CJ and various web pages? Very, very nasty.
