[Epic] OFF TOPIC: Character Stats

This is completely off topic, and I apologise most profusely from a
prostrate (you have to be careful how you spell this!) position, humbled at
the feet of those too worthy to gaze upon my worthless writings.
I'm at work, got no books with me but desperately need to know the stat
advances for characters in our 28mm big brother systems (note the lower case
'b'). I'm not on the W40K or WHFB lists so I can't ask there and I know
your generally nice people etc, etc ,etc (sounds better when Yul Brynner
says it).
