Ok, the "shareware" version of the rules is ready to go. If anyone is
intersted in this free version, respond DIRECTLY to:

I've reduced the attachment to MS word 5.x format, so most everyone
should be able to read it. It's about 30 pages, so I don't want to take
up bandwidth by sending it to anyone who doesn't actually have an
interest.
