Well, I guess that depends on personal taste. But some of the
possibilities are pretty hard to determine with dice. e.g. the "firer
systems down" counter is something like three in over a hundred. That's
pretty hard to determine with a D6. As to "selective counter drawings",
it's really hard to stop cheating with any system if the person is
determined to.
