[Epic] Hammer Slammers in E40K

A while ago there was some talk about doing "Hammer's Slammers" in Epic
40K. He is the full Slammer's regiment as a Space Marine Chapter. Note
that this is pure Space Marine stuff, no IG, and as such is not quite
right for the novels, but this should come close. Note that I will be
doing the IG version and the E41K versions "real Soon Now"
