Ok, the Web Ring is ready. As of yet I have not created any graphics (anyone out there with an artistic bent is welcome to do so).
To sign up, go to my web page and look down the bottom. There is a link called ... Epic Webring.
Click on this and it should take you to the sign up page.
A few points:
The submission procedure seems to be a bit buggy.
It is supposed to e-mail me when someone submits.
Can I suggest that you e-mail me directly when you wish to submit a site with the necessary details so I can verify the process.

replace the site ID in that code with your site id and change the target of the home page to _top
