        I ended up using a knife. The only option (other than wrecking them)
seemed to be gradually twist them out - wriggle them back and forwards
lots - but the knife was quicker.
        It wasnt THAT stupid :). Actually the fate cards were worse. Stuff
them up and suddenly you have marked cards (fortunately the 2 I ripped a little
both screwed up on the side with writing :) )
