Hm. Good point.

Lets add:

If the detachment still has blast markers at the start of the next
movement phase they must pass a leadership test. If the detachment
fails the leadership test (with re-rolls for stubborn detachments), the
detachment is treated as if it was on "No orders". The units of the
detachment may not move more than 5 cm, regardless of the success or
failure of the leadership test
