[Epic] New ork detachment

I have been thinking, for the e41k project there should be a detachment
something along the lines of:

Up to one Mekboy detachment:
Mekboy: 50 (Ork (Hero, mechanic)
        Upgrade to Stompa +24
        Mount on a wagon +14

Up to 1 Wierdboy: 20 (+6 to mount in a wagon)

MAIN FORCE:
Up to 5 mobs from the following:
Tinboyz mob 13 per unit.
1-3 tinboyz

Dreadnought mob 13 per unit.
1-3 Dreads

Battlewagonz mob14 per unit.
1-3 wagonz

SUPPORT
Stompa 32 points

Speedsta 16 points
                +22 (Death ray or Lifta Droppa)
                +12 (Rokkits [30cm barrage])

Boyz mob 9 points per unit
1-4 boyz
Extra to (Nobz and Skarboyz only, same points as in armies book)


WHY? Well, every waagh needs a mek, and when he has finished building the
gargants, he builds tinboyz from the scraps. He doesn't have much, and
sometimes he will have some of his friends around in speedstas showin off,
and occasionally he will have enought scraps (and teef) to make a stompa
or too. The boyz are a rough sort, hannging around hoping to get to play
wiv da nu toyz, and give a helping hand, or bribe there way into a
stompa...
