I've got an excuse too! :o)
I'm very busy as I've got a lot of work with L'ORDinateur's Home Page and
in addition don't forget that my native language is French and not English
and I must take a lot of time to understand campaign rules written in
English.
Anyway, my first impression is very good. I like your system because you
don't only deal with a single planetary campaign but with a whole sector
campaign, now there are some points which are still dark for me but all
this comes from my weakness in English. More feedback later! :o)
