Micro Armor is the name of the scale for the figures you found. 1/285
or 1/300, depending on the company that makes it.

Most rules for WW2 claim to be able to use them.

Command Decision (currently out of print, but new version due out in a
couple of months) and Spearhead, are the currently game of choice by
people that play.

Depending on the rule set a single tank model ranges from 1 tank to a
company of tanks (about 15). Most rules set in use to day use 1:5 (more
or less) as their figure scale.
