Because this list has a history of not allowing "other" rules systems to
be designed on the mailing list, (see NetEpic and all the fun that
caused) and because I am planing on making E41K into a full set of
rules, I have set up an E41K mailing list.
My thought is that this list will be for discussing the nuts and bolts
of new or changed rules. Army list, because they are useable in
"Normal" Epic 40,000 will be cross posted to both list

I am planing on using the "Epic Battle Bible, version 0.7" as the basis
for the new rules. Mr. Payne, the creator of the EBB is aware of my
plans, as is GW's copyright people. As it happens, I have heard back
from Mr. Payne, but GW has not replied to my e-mail.
