It's the old pattern Epic Manticore. Basically, a standard chimera-type
chassis (also used for the Basilisk, Hydra etc) plus a multi-launch
missile box on top of a rotating turret. The missile pack had a large
spiked ball on the end, and could be rotated to "lash out" in close
combat.... hence the name Manticore. Personally I use them for Chaos
Artillery.
