This sounds great.

I'm interested in anything that gets us a seamless transfer without losing any
people. If people wanted to split into two lists for E40K only and joint
SM/TL&E40K why don't we leave organising such a split until things are stable
and we can make a reasonable decision.

All these conflicting messages is just going to result in people getting
confused and lost.
