For all of us who have been awaiting news on 40K 3rd Edition (ie did they
butcher it or not?), there's a review with examples at

So far I have to say that it *looks* like it's been improved. It has, as I
and others have mentioned, been "Epicized" and now the turn order greatly
resembles E40K.
