[Epic] The Scout Controversy

Back when Epic 40K came out, and we read through the army lists, many of
us (myself included) bitched about the fact that Epic scouts were better
than 40k scouts. This has now been solved! Scouts = Space Marines in
every respect, except a slightly worse armour save. Hooray!
